Doesnt work in Mavericks: No access to contacts

Cobook is entirely empty after upgrading from OS X 10.7.5 to 10.9.2. Sync button says, No access to contacts, re-enable in system preferences…

I went to Security and Privacy pane > Privacy in system pref, no apps are listed under Contacts where apps like Cobook is supposed to request access.

Is a fix coming?
